-          Starbucks manage a lot of products behind its coffee, like cups, glasses, food, and more things.
-          Is most know as a very good coffee and healthy because the grains they use are cultivated in the best place.
-          the goal of Starbucks is to make you feel like in home, to make the contact more special with the client
COLLBORATORS:
-          the distribution service is not developed enough if you want coffee you need to go to the store
-          the supplier they have are the most important in the branch of coffee
-          they are in all the republic
CUSTOMERS:
-          the service of Starbucks is growing by the time of the years they specialize the service to make them more professional but at the same time special
-          the service is directed to a high and medium level( economic)
-          the benefits that Starbuck gave to the consumers are  to be unique and personalized.
-          The information of the product is practically in their own store, and sometimes in TV.
-           Starbucks are always changing his product to innovate.

COMPETITORS:
-          “Café Punta del Cielo” is a big “enemy” to their company because of the amount of consumers that they managed
-          Instant coffee because it’s easy and cheaper
-          Coffee
         CLIMATE:
-          In this year the economic is affecting the services of the company because of the lees payment and less customers   because of the price.
-          Social is defined to the company by people of medium and high class that can afford prices.
